My unique offerings come from years of experience as a Reiki Master, Kinesiologist, Intuitive Mindset Coach, Phototherapy Specialist and Meditation Therapist. But most importantly, from my own healing journey.
I love essential oils, crystals, balancing my chakras, abundance ceremonies and full moon rituals, but I am also a practical and outcome based therapist. I love nothing more than sharing intuitive messages I receive during a session but I also have a lot of experience at breaking things down into simple steps so you can take action from the minute you walk out of your session.
I've always been able to sense and sometimes physically feel what others are feeling. But I thought everyone could!? Learning to trust my intuition has been a game changer.
But I haven't always been like this. In fact I used to be the opposite. I very much had a victim mentality, saw things from a glass half empty point of view.
Quite simply, energy healing modalities like reiki and kinesiology have changed my life. I am so passionate about the work I do and the benefits it has for my clients.
If you asked me to describe how my I spent my teen years, my twenties and my early thirties - the first thing that comes to mind is I was an anxious wreck. I had some tremendously traumatic events that happened to me as a child. And when they happened, I buried them. I put them in a little box, tied them up with a pretty ribbon and literally pushed it to the back of my mind. Hoping to never have to think of them again. I didn't tell a soul about what had happened - till I was in my twenties. By that stage the lid on that box just wouldn't stay on anymore, no matter how hard I tried to keep it shut. The wheels were falling off - in a big way.
As an adult I now understand that because of these circumstances, I've spent the majority of my life stuck in survival mode. My body wasn't a safe place to live. Living like this has caused so much damage to my body, to my mind and my soul.
autoimmune disease - tick, crippling anxiety - tick, depression - tick. hormone imbalances - tick, infertility - tick. self-medicating - tick, tick, tick.
Over the years, I tried medication - antidepressants, beta-blockers, natural remedies - you name it, I tried it. I tried traditional talk therapy - I saw a psychologist for years and while she was lovely, I just didn't get any better. Nothing seemed to work. I thought I was permanently broken.
Around my mid thirties I realised that something had to change and that something was me. I discovered kinesiology, reiki and guided meditation. I started prioritising myself and having regular sessions. I'm not over-exaggerating when I say that these sessions fundamentally changed my life. They gave me my life back. What I now understand is that the talk therapy component of healing is important - but what is even more important, is releasing the stored trauma, the stresses and emotions that have been stuck in our bodies. These stresses cause dis-ease in our bodies, which in turn causes disease.
So, believe me when I say, if this can work for me - then it can absolutely, categorically, 100% change your life also.
Are you trapped in a narrow survival mentality? Seeing the glass as half full instead of half empty doesn't necessarily come easily. Afterall we are designed like this for our survival. It takes work to retrain our brains so instead of seeing threats, we see possibilities. We need to rewire the neural pathways so instead of looking for the negative in our environment, we look for the positive. To thrive is a choice. It's an attitude, and our ability to thrive in the world is deeply connected to the actions we take on a daily basis and the belief structures we embrace.
Our intuition is like a superpower. We use it every day in a thousand different ways, most of the time without even realising. We use is it in every transaction, negotiation, interaction and relationship we engage in. Intuition is a deep inner listening. We all have this ability - if we choose to use it. Like any superpower, we need to cultivate and develop it over time. It takes practice to trust that inner knowing. Getting good at it and letting our intuition guide our life is the ultimate, for it will always lead you true.
